Double challenge

From 2023 to 2024, I played a role in the technology platform transition for Lojas Renner’s app and website.

This project involved a full user journey overhaul, during which the team standardized the entire experience, with my specific focus on delivering seamless content design.

A core part of my responsibilities also included managing the translation and language localization for the brand’s successful platform launch in Uruguay.

Navigating borders

Bringing a Brazilian app to Uruguay presented a unique challenge: accommodating users living in the border region between the two countries.

It’s not yet possible to use the same app version for purchases across all countries where Lojas Renner operates. For customers residing near the border who travel between Brazil and Uruguay, it was essential to develop a specific identification flow.

This flow considers the user’s location, type of identification document, and preferred language, ensuring a flawless experience with every login.
